Key Accountabilities:

  • You’ll be organizing and prioritizing your workload to meet critical deadlines, ensuring that KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
  • You’ll handle the litigation process with finesse, from adhering to court deadlines to negotiating settlements, applying for judgments, and instructing enforcement when necessary.
  • Your adept use of the case management system will keep all key information accurate and up-to-date, documenting strategies and ensuring all documents are clearly labeled.

Working Hours & Location:

  • Enjoy a balanced work schedule of 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with an hour for lunch, at our Parklands office in Bolton.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Your experience in a legal environment, especially with quantum negotiations, will be invaluable.
  • You’ll demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, handle inquiries, organize workloads, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills will empower you to deliver quality work and drive personal development.
