This is a fantastic new hybrid vacancy (with 3 days a week in Liverpool) to really make your mark within a big name within Motor Insurance claims.

The role will sit within Credit Hire Operations and involve leading a team of motor claims handlers to develop them and maximise efficiencies.

The role would suit someone from a Motor Insurance background with some managerial experience which will allow you to understand the challenges and objectives of the team. Ideally this will include some Credit Hire knowledge.

This will include performance management of staff, dealing with all aspects of people management including quality auditing, absence, holidays and time management, monthly one to one’s, performance reviews, training and development, disciplinary procedures and staff welfare.

You will use your claims experience to maximise the imparting of technical knowledge to the team by way of mentoring and coaching.
