We are on the lookout for a Motor Claims Repair Manager to join a rapidly growing team.  If you have experience in the motor insurance industry that would be advantageous or if you possess a solid understanding of vehicles and damage assessment we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a pivotal role in our operations as a Motor Claims Repair Manager.
  • Assessing the road worthiness of client vehicles based on available evidence.
  • Allocating repairers and ensuring suitability for each claimant’s vehicle, guiding the through the repair process as a Motor Claims Repair Manager.
  • Liaising with engineers, addressing queries and ensuring smooth communication throughout. 
  • Providing administrative oversight for the credit-repair process, from allocation to invoice processing.
  • Manage vehicle repair complaints, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution as a Motor Claims Repair Manager.
  • Offering support and insight into total-loss valuation disputes.
  • Overseeing the salvage process, including payment management and auction results as a Motor Claims Repair Manager.
  • Building and managing our repair network, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
