Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to motor vehicle apprentices, up to Level 3 standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to motor vehicle apprentices.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements and industry standards.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.
  • Support students in achieving their qualifications and career goals.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (minimum Level 3).
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed)
  • Extensive experience in the motor vehicle industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
