What you'll need to succeed

  • (MRICS) Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
  • 4+ Years PQE experience
  • Professional experience working for a Surveying Consultancy

Professional working experience:

  • Condition Surveys/ Reports
  • Due Dillegence
  • Building Inspections
  • PPM
  • Party Wall Matters
  • Asset Disposal
  • Repairs and Refurbishment
  • Fit out management
  • Business Development
  • Ability and autonomy to run your own client portfolio
  • Proven ability to achieve fee targets
