Job Description

We are seeking a multi-site Domestic Maintenance Operative with basic skills across all trades, including but not limited to:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Joinery
• Plastering
• Tiling

You will be responsible for performing a range of reactive maintenance tasks and repairs in domestic properties. This role requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks within residential properties.
• Diagnose and fix issues in plumbing, electrical systems, joinery, plastering, and tiling.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed using the provided technology.
• Travel to various sites within a 25-mile radius of Bolton.
