This premium cosmetics retailer is looking for a talented multi-site manager to join their store for a 12 month fixed term period. As the multi-site manager, you will be hands-on and passionate about beauty and fragrances. The role involves overseeing operations across multiple retail locations. This position requires a blend of managerial skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate various functions to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction across all stores.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple store locations.
-Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and staff.
-Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and financial reports for each store.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

Experience:
- Over 3 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multisite role including concessions and stand alone stores
-Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and inventory management.
-Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
- Experience working in a premium or luxury beauty environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
