Multi-skilled Building Surveyor
Location:Bristol, Cardiff, London, Reading, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Kent, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Leeds, Oxford.
Overview:
We're looking for a skilled Associate/ Senior/Chartered Building Surveyor to serve our top-tier clients. This role covers all aspects of design and construction, focusing on residential, commercial, and other building types.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of buildings and sites.
- Inspections to involve acquisition surveys, condition reports, measured surveys and defect investigations
- To prepare reports, schedule of works and works specifications
- To design a oversee works using recognised building contracts and to current technical standards.
- To understand and apply other relevant legislation such as health and safety, party wall, building regulations and planning.
- To help promote the company’s services and secure projects.
- At all times to comply with the requirements of the Company’s administrative, personnel procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
