Multi Skilled Engineer
Catch 22 is teaming up with a major facilities management company to find a Multi Skilled Engineer with a bias towards electrical work. Based in Central London, within the offices of a well-known financial organisation, this is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician to join the team, working on building maintenance in a newly spruced-up office, assisting with everyday facilities services.
Role Responsibilities:
- To undertake PPM works as delegated by the Helpdesk or line manager/Site supervisor
- To respond to reactive work requests promptly in line with agreed KPI response times.
- To undertake statutory testing duties
- To report all job closures in real time and provide well written factual and professional reports to the customer
- To risk assess all works and complete all tasks safely and professionally at all times and encourage others to work safely and responsibly
The Ideal Multi Skilled Engineer Will Demonstrate:
- Electrical bias - must be 18th Edition qualified with a variety of electrical/ mechanical/ plumbing maintenance skills and experience.
- Multi skilled - ability to carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance
- Ability to handle a mixed bag of M&E 'first fix' jobs.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team.
- Experience in acting as an Authorised Person.
- Excellent time management skills and eagerness to learn
Role Benefits:
- Salary of £45,000

- Hours are split between 07:00-18:00
