We are looking for a skilled Multi Skilled Joiner to join our maintenance and repairs team. As a Multi Skilled Joiner worker, you will be responsible for completing a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across our properties. You will be covering the Salford area.

Requirements

Key responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Joiner include:

  • Carrying out various repairs and maintenance tasks to both tenanted and vacant properties
  • Adhering to job specifications and contract drawings to ensure high-quality work
  • Minimizing non-productive time and ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Being flexible in working hours to provide an efficient service for customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a polite, friendly, and helpful service

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Joiner:

  • Full UK driver's license
  • Experience and competence in various trades, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and plastering
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a trade
  • Experience in working in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds Qualification in a Trade
