Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer, based near Leeds, to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to cover multiple sites.

Salary: upto £39,000

Hours: Monday – Friday,7.30am–4pm+on call

Due to the nature of this role, flexibility to be on call is essential.

Duties of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

  • Proactively react to any system faults and repair
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment at both sites
  • Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical/faults and repairs
  • React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue
  • Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements through the line manager
  • Adhering to Health and Safety procedures at all times
  • Completing maintenance duties both on your own and as part of a team

We are keen to speak with Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following skills and experience

  • Level 3 Qualification or above in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
  • Experience doing both electrical and mechanical maintenance including hydraulic, and pneumatic
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own transport to work at both sites
  • Flexible and able to work weekends as being on call is required
