Multi-skilled operative

An established client of ours based in Bedfordshire is looking for Multi Skilled Operative to work on one of there sites.

Job role

The Multi-Skilled Operative is an exciting new role to our client contracting and is unique to the new contract they have been awarded. It will allow our client to provide self-delivery of certain Planned Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Billable works and direct works for the establishment. The multi-skilled operative will be provided with a range of training including NVQ 2 in Building Maintenance, IPAF, PASMA, PAT and Legionella Responsible Person training. This role will be based in Chicksands however on occasion will support other sites in the area as part of the role. You will operate in normal working hours, 37.5 hours per week.

About you

• Any trade background preferably an all rounder
• Practical qualification such as C&G’s, BTECsetc would be an advantage.
• A practical and problem-solving individual, who is proactive and enjoys working with people.
• To have lived knowledge of working with planned maintenance, response maintenance and delivery of small projects.
