Requirement for a multi-skilled tradesperson to start work for a public sector organisation carrying out maintenance on social housing.


Your new role
You will work as a key member of the wider maintenance team, with responsibility for carrying out a range of maintenance and repair work on housing association properties. You will be needed to carry out work on both vacant and occupied homes, installing kitchens, fitting doors, repairing windows, and other 2nd fix duties. You must be capable of working independently while using a PDA system.


What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a talented, multi-skilled tradesperson. Who has a main trade complemented by skills across one or more other trades such as:


Carpentry & Joinery
Plumbing
Tiling
Painting & Decorating
Basic Plastering

What you'll get in return
You will be employed initially on a temporary basis, where you will be paid weekly with a competitive hourly rate on offer and opportunities for overtime.
