Multi Skills Construction Trainer
  • Annual Salary: £30,722.81 to £37,059.79

We are seeking a Multi Skills Construction Trainer to deliver vocational training within the Offender Learning Sector. This role is an exceptional opportunity to make a profound impact on individuals’ lives by equipping them with the necessary skills for future employment. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver high-quality vocational training in Multi Skills Construction across multiple sites.
  • Engage with small groups of learners, preparing them for industry employment.
  • Develop learners’ practical and theoretical skills, with a strong emphasis on health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals to provide employment insights and inspire learner ambitions.
  • Manage live projects to enhance the educational experience.
  • Create tailored learning plans to meet individual learner goals and ensure readiness for employment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Multi Skills Construction.
  • Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Assessor and teaching qualifications are desirable.
  • Ability to secure, hold, and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
