Zeal Recruitment are looking for an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join a well-known refurbishment contractor on an ongoing basis. This role will be working throughout the Birmingham region on VOID properties.

As a Kitchen Fitter your duties will include:

• Carrying out repairs, including but not limited to: Carpentry, hanging doors, ironmongery, patch plastering, Painting, and Basic Plumbing.
• Stripping ripping out basic kitchens, installing basic kitchens
• Wall papering, attaching wooden curtain batons.
• Reactive and planned

As a Kitchen Fitter you will need:

• Experience within Reactive and planned maintenance within social housing settings, particularly VOID properties.
• Asbestos Awareness – essential
• CSCS card
• Van and Tools
• Public Liability Insurance – desirable
