Multi-Trade Plumber

Salary: £32,000 per year

Location: Bristol

Are you a skilled plumber with additional trade expertise? Do you take pride in delivering top-quality maintenance services?

Our client is a leading maintenance contractor dedicated to providing exceptional service to social housing properties across Bristol.

As a Multi-Trade Plumber, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties. Your primary focus will be plumbing, but you'll also leverage your additional skills to handle a variety of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Conduct general maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, tiling, and plastering
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
  • Proven experience in a multi-trade role
  • Competence in additional trades such as carpentry, tiling, or plastering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving license
