Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading Property Services Company carrying out repairs and maintenance works around Westminster

Responsibilities:

• You will carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties in the area
• Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance with core trade being plumbing works, Installing sanitary ware, taps, sinks, showers and toilets etc
• Able to carry out works outside of core trade to include minor carpentry works, patch plastering and tiling etc
• Update and maintain accurate paperwork including the use of PDA

Requirements:

• Must have full UK driving license for at least 12 months as work van provided
• Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
• Customer focused
