Multi Trade Supervisor

Are you a Multi Trade Supervisor who has experience maintaining industrial and commercial properties? Our client, a very successful property management company, and you will be managing a team of three, based out of the Oldham head office with travel to South Manchester throughout the working week. You will be rewarded with up to GBP38,000, a company van and 21 days holiday.

What will you be doing as a Multi Trade Supervisor?

• Plan, supervise and undertake all required labour projects in conjunction with the companies properties
• Undertake and supervise all labour relating to ongoing, scheduled and planned projects
• Ownership of projects and timelines set out by the management team
• Manage a team of three engineers

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience to be a great Multi Trade Supervisor:

• A strong multi skilled background
• Experienced with industrial and commercial electrical projects and maintenance (this is essential)
• Joinery, plumbing and basic brick laying ability
• Proven ability to understand plan works from scratch
• Great communication skills
• Due to the nature of the role you willneed to be physically fit

• Starting salary of up to GBP38,000 per annum.
