Job Type: Multi Trade Operative
Pay Rate: £22.52 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Area: East London

The Role: We're looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join our Property Services team in East London. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our large portfolio of properties, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance and responsive repairs with quality workmanship.
  • Inspect the quality of work and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operate within the company's vehicle policy.
  • Attend occupied and void properties to carry out maintenance and repairs.


What You'll Need:

  • A Multi Trade skill set is essential.
  • A full clean UK driving license.
  • Experience in residential properties or social housing.
  • Minimum Level 2 NVQ City and Guilds in either Carpentry, Plumbing, or Plastering OR the candidate must be qualified to complete all repairs and maintenance tasks related to the trades listed above.
  • Carpentry / Joinery skills and experience, as well as Plumbing and Plastering skills.
