Are you a Multi Trades Operative looking for a new role covering the Somerset, Wiltshire and Bristol area.

This Somerset based Facilities Management and Building Maintenance company are recruiting due to an increase in work load one on of their key contracts.

As mobile Multi Trade Maintenance operative you will be responsible for maintenance to mainly commercial properties with some domestic properties across the area, Clients include Churches, Care Homes, Retail and Offices.

Works will include planned and reactive maintenance to building fabrics of commercial sites and general maintenance as well as kitchens and bathrooms replacements and repairs to domestic (private) properties.

A lot of the works are reactive maintenance task so each day will be different, key duties will be fixing leaks replacing taps, repairs to windows, doors, locks and replacing lamps, sockets which have been damaged.

As multi trade maintenance operative you should have experience in the following trades -

Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling as basic DIY skills

You will be provided with a van and work on a call out rota of 1 in 4-6 weeks

Salary £30-34k depending on experience and qualifications, OTE £35-40k with call out and overtime.
