Multilingual Debt Collector – No Experience Required

Location: Kings Hill, Kent

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum + Bonus Uncapped 

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of a growing client based in Kings Hill, who are looking for confident and multilingual individuals to join their team as Debt Collectors. No previous experience is required – just excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Languages particularly in demand include:

  • French
  • German
  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • Dutch
  • Polish

    (Other languages also welcome!)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Contacting customers across Europe regarding outstanding payments
  • Building relationships to understand and resolve payment issues
  • Working towards team and individual targets
  • Updating customer records and following compliance procedures
  • Liaising with internal teams to support client requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic IT skills and confidence using email/telephone
  • A calm, professional manner – especially when under pressure
