Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer - Haverhill - £45k-£50k (DOE)

Working Pattern: Double day shifts (6am - 3pm or 1pm - 10pm with some flexibility required)

Role Overview:

? Overseeing the maintenance of all site electrical and mechanical systems, including machinery, facilities, support services, and utilities.

. ? Performing reactive maintenance on plant breakdowns and ancillary equipment to minimize production downtime, including diagnostics and participation in Root Cause Analysis.

? Conducting proactive machine maintenance according to the PPM schedule.

? Identifying and implementing areas for improvement in collaboration with the site team.

? Occasionally handling installations, though the primary focus will be on maintaining machinery uptime.

? Ensuring planned maintenance tasks are completed safely, cost-effectively, and adhering to health & safety standards.

What are we looking for?

? At least 5 years of experience in an engineering or technician role within a production, manufacturing, or FMCG environment.

? Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.

? Enthusiastic about challenges and building systems from scratch.

? Thrives in the dynamic environment of food manufacturing.

? Approachable with strong interpersonal skills.

? Flexible to work double day shifts
