Maintenance Worker

Location: Outskirts of Reading

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: up to £40k pa, dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Worker to join our clients skilled maintenance team in a beautiful and unusual setting. This role offers a diverse range of property repairs and maintenance tasks, from day-to-day fixes to larger-scale renovations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with general maintenance procedures and possess a broad skill set in property upkeep.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct a wide variety of property repairs and maintenance tasks.

• Perform general decoration and contribute to larger renovation projects.

• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure high standards and timely completion of tasks.

• Utilise a company vehicle to travel between properties, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance across the estate.

• Manage a range of tools and equipment provided for maintenance duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance work, with a good knowledge of general maintenance procedures.

• Skilled in various aspects of property repair and decoration.

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

• Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the location of the properties.

• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse workload.
