Music Teacher - Alfreton - Paid to scale - September 2024

Are you a passionate and experienced Music Teacher who is looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join a a secondary school in Alfreton. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Music curriculum and the ability to create and deliver engaging and informative lessons.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach music to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons that inspire students to learn about the world around them.
  • Mark student work and provide feedback to help them improve.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in musical education.
  • Support and collaborate with other members of the music department.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience in teaching practical and music theory.
  • Strong understanding of the music curriculum.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about music.
