Music Teacher

On behalf of my client school, we are looking to appoint a music teacher for a long-term, full-time opportunity at a larger than average primary school in Brinnington, Stockport. This position will pay to scale (MPS1-6) from September until the end of the acadmiec year with the opportunity for permanency at the school for the right candidate.

This is a unique opportunity to deliver schoolwide Music in addition to some general adhoc teaching in Spanish and some additional topics. This exciting, unique role is open to both ECTS and more experienced teachers but would need to be someone who has a good understanding of these foundation subjects.

About the School

This is a larger than average school which educates a diverse community in Stockport. The school has higher than average % of FSM and SEND but is well staffed with teaching assistants and SEND specialists. The school boasts excellent facilities with spacious classrooms, outdoor learning environments and Chromebooks/Ipads for classrooms to keep up-to-date with modern technological advancements.
