Basic to £50,000, OTE £65,000 (Uncapped) + Car Allowance, Pension + Excellent Benefits

We are currently working with a leading provider of specialist facilities services group, providing specialist cleaning, property maintenance and compliance services.

Established 20 years ago and having experienced impressive year on year growth, the business are looking to recruit a National Business Development Manager to join their highly successful sales team.

Responsible for driving new business sales and for the management and growth of exisiting accounts across sectors such as retail, corporate, hospitality, FM groups, property management providers, education and the public sector.

What's required:

• A proven track record in a similar BDM role, selling to national/key account clients.
• Significant exposure to selling to/via FM & Property Management companies.
• Experience of bid, tender and frameworks.
• Knowlegde of selling a facilities services solution.
• Drive, tenacity and resilience!
