Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Assistant to deliver all key administrative duties for lettings, tenancy management and rents.

Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Assistant:

  • Complete pre-termination interviews after receiving notice
  • Provide administration support to the community co-ordinators to enable them to carry out lettings interviews, viewings and sign-ups
  • Manage and maintain parking permit issuing processes for customers
  • Update and amend any tenancy details including household members and name changes
  • Monitor the rents inbox
  • Manage and monitor the garage rent accounts
  • Set up payment methods
  • Monitor KPI's

Essential Experience of the Neighbourhood Assistant:

  • Relevant previous experience
