Neighbourhood Officer North London
A leading Housing Association requires a Part Time Neighbourhood Response Officer to work on a temporary basis to cover an initial three month assignment. This is a hybrid role covering Haringey and Enfield, the client has offices in North London, they operate a hybrid work pattern. Days required are Wed, Thur, Fri.
Main duties will be;
To ensure that the HA neighbourhoods are places that residents want to live. You'll do this by understanding local needs and working collaboratively with other teams, residents groups and external partners; ensuring estates are clean, safe and well maintained, and improvements are identified, planned and delivered.
To investigate breaches of tenancy, support more vulnerable customers and ensure that anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented by working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
Applicants must have strong ASB and Estate Inspection skills, court attendance is beneficial but not essential.
Preferable to have access to car, travel expenses paid. Estate inspection based duties, carrying out visits and inspections (not too much admin).
Basic DBS required.
