Neighbourhood Officer – Housing Association – About The Client:
Castlefield Recruitment is currently working with a well-established housing association in North Lancashire seeking a Neighbourhood Officer for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the strong possibility to go permanent. The role offers a flexible hybrid working pattern with a minimum of 4 days a month onsite / in the office and the salary range £28,350 - £31,500 per annum.
Neighbourhood Officer - Housing Association – About The Role:
- To provide visible and accessible resident engagement in the community.
- To proactively manage your case workload in relation to tenancy and estate matters and enquiriesfrom customers including Tenants, Leaseholders, Shared Owners, and stakeholders.
- To be actively involved in the delivery of Neighbourhood Plans, estate management and improvements and engage with partners and stakeholders within the community.
- To ensure that Safeguarding/Domestic Abuse/Tenancy Support cases and Antisocial Behaviour/Tenancy Enforcement cases are managed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- To coordinate the management of emergencies such as fire or flood in our homes or on our estates, including decants and liaison with partner organisations.
Neighbourhood Officer – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Excellent organisational and case management skills with the ability to follow processes, procedures and meet challenging targets whilst working in a fast paced and high-pressured environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Experience working in Social Housing
