Neighbourhood Response Officer

Elevate are recruiting a Neighbourhood Response Officer for one of our valued clients.

The candidates core responsibilities will consist of:

• Delivering a high-quality and consistent service tailored to the community.
• Experience of project lettings and property inspections.
• Ability to self-manage own workload
• Multi-agency working
• Fire risk assessments
• knowledge and understanding of Homelessness Reduction, Housing and Homelessness Legislation, Case Law and guidance
• Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation, Housing Act and Protection from Eviction Act.

Candidates should have experiences of working in the housing sector or a similar position.

A driving licence is essential.
