Are you ready to lead a groundbreaking transformation?

My client is currently looking for a Network and Infrastructure Programme Director to spearhead a 5-year, multi-million-pound initiative to modernise their IT network.

You will oversee a critical programme that ensures seamless digital connectivity across the organisation. This network supports thousands of users daily, encompassing 80 routers, 2,600 switches, and 5,500 wireless access points across 250+ buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive programme from inception to completion, aligning with strategic business goals. Define KPIs and monitor progress.
  • Champion agile methodologies to foster rapid iteration, continuous delivery, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of scalable, reliable, and secure network solutions.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure all perspectives are considered.
  • Establish governance, oversee reporting, manage risks, and develop business cases for investment.
  • Effectively manage vendors to ensure programme alignment and delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Senior Leadership in Network and Infrastructure Development
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on network and infrastructure development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, multi-million-pound, multi-year programmes.
  • Extensive experience in vendor management, particularly in cloud services and network architecture.
