Our client is a market leading Managed Service and Telecoms Provider in Brighouse for businesses across the UK as well as Internationally. You will be joining a friendly service desk, helping with escalations from the 1st Line to help resolve network issues across their clients as well supporting customer projects. This will be hands on role in where you will work on the end-to-end Network Infrastructure internally and externally.

What you will need….

• A fantastic phone manner and customer service skills
• Valid UK Driver's Licence
• An analytical approach to problem solving
• Experience working with The OSI model, DNS, DHCP, ARP, IP addressing etc.
• LAN, WAN and SD-WAN
• Firewall Experience
• Right to work in the UK with no Sponsorship.

Desirable...

• Cisco Meraki experience
• Networking certifications CCNA, CCNP
• Experience working with AWS, Azure or GCP
