Role: Network/Systems Engineer
Salary: £40,000
Location: West London (onsite)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Network/Systems Engineer to work within the exhibition and events industry that has just become available.

We are currently working with an industry leading and world-famous exhibition centre who due to sustained growth and billion-pound regeneration program are looking to take on a passionate, personable and skilled Network/Systems Engineer.

As a Network/Systems Engineer you will be tasked with providing excellent customer service to customers and stakeholders providing comprehensive technical support and maintenance of network and security systems in a rewarding and varied role.

The role:

• Supporting clients and users ensuring all incidents are managed effectively
• Monitor and resolve network issues and outages
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements in Network and IT infrastructure
• Build net networks for events and exhibitions
• Maintain an excellent level of customer service, you will be working with some of the leading brands globally

Key Skills

• CCNA qualified
• Skilled in LAN, WAN, DNS, DGCP, TCP/IP set up and support
• Firewall support - FortiGate
• Knowledgeable in IT infrastructures - Microsoft, 365, VMware etc
• Monitoring of security alerts
• Excellent customer service skills - essential
