Location: Bromley, South East London

Start date: ASAP

Length of contract: 3 month minimum

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00

Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week)

Band: 7

Job description:

  • Must have experience of working with adults with acquired neurological diagnosis, specifically stroke.
  • Experience of managing both dysphagia and communication impairment post stroke
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Candidate will be required to carry out home visits across Bromley,
    Ideally car driver - however job could be completed using public transport if needed
