A new role has arisen with an award winning and Law Firm for a Conveyancing Assistant within the New Build Dept to sit within their Liverpool or Altrincham office.

My client is a well-known and rapidly growing conveyancing firm and is looking for a New Build Conveyancing Assistant to join a tight-knit team.

In this role, you'll excel in client and third-party interactions, whether it's over the phone, through written correspondence, or occasional face-to-face meetings. Your role involves offering expert advice and support to clients.
Your responsibilities will include diligently chasing essential documents, IDs, mortgage offers, and searches. Keeping the case management system, providing exceptional service to their clients and business partners is a top priority, and ensuring they always receive the best experience.
You'll play a key role in the conveyancing process by preparing necessary documentation and completion packs. Additionally, you'll handle post-exchange matters as directed by your team manager and assist with completions on the day of completion.

Adhering to all the firm policies and procedures is mandatory, and you'll also contribute to various administrative duties, supporting not only your team but others when the need arises.
