Job Title: Telesales Executive - Telecommunications

Location: Deeside

Department: Sales / Telesales

Reports To: Sales Manager / Telesales Manager

Job Overview:

My client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our telecommunications team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets by promoting our range of telecommunications products and services. If you have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills, this position offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Package:

Basic Salary: £25,000 plus OTE £35,000 in the first year

20 days plus bank holidays which increases every year of service by 1 day up to 30 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell telecommunications products and services.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Address customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and handle objections effectively.

Sales Process Management:

Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing the sale.

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market opportunities and customer preferences.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Generate and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing post-sales issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist with resolving any service-related problems and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

Skills:

Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a proactive approach to sales.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

This role may be performed in an office setting or remotely, depending on company policies.
