Elevate your conveyancing career with a distinguished legal firm in the heart of Swansea. This esteemed organisation is seeking a proficient Conveyancing Assistant to enhance their dynamic team. With a minimum of three years' experience in the field, this role promises a professional environment where expertise is valued and career progression is a clear path.


As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of the property conveyancing process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of legal documents, conducting property searches, liaising with clients, and providing administrative support to solicitors and senior conveyancers.

Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of three years' experience in a conveyancing role
- Proficient in managing a varied caseload with autonomy
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in standard office software and conveyancing systems
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-player mentality
