TSR Legal have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Head of Facilities with a well-known law firm in Reading with ocassional travel to the firms London office, reporting into the Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The ideal candidate will come from a technical minded background and love all things facilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Head of Facilities, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations on site and getting involved in various projects. This role will take ownership for the firm’s office estate from a maintenance and workplace suitability viewpoint and have responsibility for property services, operations, environmental and H&S.

The Ideal Candidate

• Excellent understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety/ ISO 45001

• Previously worked in a facilities management role / similar environment.

• Previous technical experience of managing outsourced services.

• Demonstrable technical experience and/or qualification in building services.

Create and monitor the Facilities budget.

Ownership of the implementation and regular reviewing of environmental policies and practices.

This role would be suited to an experienced Facilities Manager with the ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-site business.
