New Homes Advisor - Temporary contract approx. 6 months

The essentials:

  • Working hours: Thursday to Monday (ncluding weekends) 9:30am - 5pm
  • Location: Onsite in Basingstoke
  • Salary: £14ph - £17ph + holiday pay, depending on experience
  • To start: ASAP

What you’ll do:

  • Take calls and enquiries to the site, book appointments and show prospective buyers around the site
  • Answering Rightmove enquiries, updating the database and advising to the relevant teams / departments as required to ensure follow ups
  • Attending weekly site visits with site / project managers to discuss progress of the site and when plots will go live
  • Progressing sales of new homes, liaising with solicitors and buyers to keep all parties updated through to completion
  • Providing new home owners with all compliance materials such as gas safety certificates as needed and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on sale day
  • Dealing with any snagging issues for new home owners and passing to the relevant teams / departments to resolve, keeping home owners updated as required

What you’ll need to succeed in the role:

  • Previous experience in account management, customer service/customer development or retail sales. There’s no cold calling and full training is provided
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • IT skills - proficient in MS office
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised (this is a standalone role)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
