Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a New Homes Sales Advisor for a Property Management Company based in Greater Manchester. The role is on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract with a strong chance of being made permanent. The salary is £29,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience, and offers very flexible working arrangements.

The role:

  • To sell homes at or above target prices within forecast timescales
  • Administer all homeownership schemes and provide an effective and timely customer service to applicants
  • Assess and determine eligibility for potential buyers including affordability assessments
  • Follow up leads via email and telephone and update internal CRM system
  • Conduct viewings with prospective customers at sales developments, briefing them effectively on affordable housing schemes, selling all relevant aspects of the properties/development, and closing the sale
  • Co-ordinate property sales with solicitors
  • Effectively manage waiting lists and demand for new developments

What you need:

  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles and appropriate marketing channels for selling properties
  • In-depth understanding of the processes involved in home buying
  • Excellent administrative skills and ability to work within documented procedures
  • Experience of working with a Property Management Company, Estate Agents, Housing Association, House Builder, or other relevant property background
  • Knowledge of home ownership initiatives such as shared ownership and help-to-buy
