Are you looking to excel your career in New Homes Sales? I am looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join my clients sales team in a beautiful, sought after village - Croxley Green, Rickmansworth.

This is a super exciting opportunity to sell luxury homes for a nationally recognised 5 star housebuilder, who create award-winning homes across London and South - East.

You will need:

  • Experience of working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable
  • Results driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Flexible with working pattern, must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.

Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
  • Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
  • Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers, estate agents, and developers
  • Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales and potential buyers
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the home buying process.
