TSR Legal are working with a well established firm who have a brand new & exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Residential Property team and efficiently manage a caseload of conveyancing files. This role offers the potential to be based in Carmarthen with flexibility for other West Wales locations considered.

• Location Flexibility: Primarily based in Carmarthen for initial training and supervision, with potential placement in other offices.
• Experience Valued: Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in processing property files, including new builds and leasehold transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Caseload Management: Handle your own files, including residential sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Professional Interaction: Engage with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties professionally.
• Team Integration: Play a crucial role in the residential property team to achieve and exceed business targets.
• Marketing Support: Assist in marketing the team to external agencies when required.
