Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing laws and regulations.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven track record of handling a variety of conveyancing transactions independently.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
