TSR Legal are working with a well-established law firm in Cambridge who are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing property team.

The Role & Responsibilities:

· Managing and running a full caseload.

· Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.

· Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.

Requirements

• Preferably 7 plus years PQE
• Be able to handle their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Have a strong technical proficiency
• Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be able to deal with complex matters
• Oversee junior team members
