NEW Vacancy | Private Client Solicitor | Dorset | Hybrid Position
I've recently been instructed by a well-established, financially secure firm in Dorset, looking to expand their Private Client team. With deep community roots and a strong reputation, this is a great opportunity to build a long, stable career. Reasons to join?
They don’t have a time-recording culture (so you won’t be wasting hours on non-chargeable time) and they don’t set strict targets either. Great client service and quality work is emphasised.
Micromanagement isn’t a thing, giving you the freedom to work in the way that suits you best.
Clients are varied and privately funded, many HNW, so you’ll always have interesting work.
Work-life balance is very valued – there’s no expectation of long hours or staying late for appearances’ sake.
There’s real potential to grow too - the firm is based in an area that’s seeing strong population growth, which brings new opportunities all the time, and they’ll support your training and professional development.
The firm offer competitive salaries and strong performance is rewarded with bonuses.
I'm keen to speak with Solicitors or Legal Executives interested in joining a busy Private Client Team, handling a good mix of work – estates, Wills, LPAs, Deputyship applications, and Trusts. They’re flexible on hours, open to both part-time and full-time arrangements, and there’s scope for hybrid working too, with most of the team spending at least half their time in the office.
