Newly Qualified Accountant - About The Role

Working in a close-knit team, you will have a variety of accounting and tax related responsibilities for your clients. Working closely with your clients and providing advisory services to ensure they meet their goals and form long lasting relationships with them.

Responsibilities are diverse and varied but include:

  • Preparation and review of financial statements for a range of clients
  • Assist with preparation and review of corporation and personal tax returns
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Liaise with and advise your clients on matters such as financial planning, tax planning and business strategies

The successful Newly Qualified Accountant will have/be:

  • Recently qualified (ACA or ACCA) within Practice
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and not afraid of challenging the status-quo
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
