Night Concierge

Title: Night Concierge

Location: East London

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Our client is a national property management group, based in East London. Due to the continued growth of the company, they are looking for a Night Concierge to join the expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Being the first point of contact, welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
• Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
• Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
• Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
• Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return

Role Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills and be well presented with a professional appearance.
• 2 years’ experience minimum in hospitality, hotels or luxury residential apartments.
• Fire Marshall training is desirable
• Professional telephone manner
• Good organisational skills and are willing to be flexible and assist with a variety of different tasks within the department.
