Our client is currently seeking a Night Concierge to work at a luxury residential building based is South West London. The working hours are 7pm - 7am, 4 days on, 4 days off.

The salary is £26,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact for residents and their guests, where professional personal and workplace presentation and communicative manner is essential.
  • Accepting parcels on behalf of residents subject to company policies and procedures.
  • Issuing apartment keys to visitors and contractors in conjunction with policies and procedures.
  • Operate the door entry system, monitoring the CCTV, issuing and reprogramming of door fobs where necessary.
  • Reporting events clearly and concisely on the PC daily log for other members of the team to utilise on their shifts.
  • Record contractors' arrival and departure and issue work permits where necessary in conjunction with the Building Manager.
  • Undertake regular site patrols, including undertaking any localised cleaning requirements, reporting any problems in the log.
  • Regularly test important safety equipment e.g. Fire alarm system, lift emergency alarms.
  • Receive and issue residents' dry cleaning.
  • Remove and return bins for waste collection purposes to and from the bin store.
