Night Concierge - Residential Building
Location: Westminster
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (7 PM - 7 AM)

We're working with a well-established client to find a professional and self-motivated Night Concierge for a traditional residential block in Westminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and is confident working independently during the night shift.

About the Role:
As the sole concierge on-site overnight, you'll be the key point of contact for residents, ensuring the building is safe, secure, and welcoming. You'll need a calm and confident presence, excellent attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in a concierge or front-of-house role, ideally in a high-end residential setting

  • Strong customer service skills and confident communication

  • Immaculate personal presentation

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Previous experience managing night shifts is desirable

Your Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming residents and handling enquiries with professionalism

  • Conducting regular patrols and keeping the building secure overnight

  • Responding to emergencies or issues with a calm, effective approach

  • Ensuring communal areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented

  • Logging reports and maintaining accurate records throughout your shift
