· Welcoming guests, contractors and visitors and dealing with their queries.
· Answering the phone, emails and all sort of correspondence.
· Arranging transport for residents and guests.
· Responding to complaints or concerns and finding an appropriate solution.
· Parcel management.
· Being a strong support for management and all the team.
· Making sure that the concierge area is clean and tidy at all times.
· Able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift.
· Being aware of all of the health & safety protocols.
